Kyo Sushi in Wiesloch

Food is very good if you get what you ordered doesn't always work out. Very long waiting time even if you order an appointment, which is a shame.

Absolutely not recommendable. The delivery time is under all pig! 3 hours waiting time !! An absolute cheek. Can only advise against ordering

We had sushi and rice bowl. Both very tasty and very fresh. Unfortunately the delivery time was not satisfactory. Approximately 1 hour turned into almost 2.5 hours of food delivery time.

Unfortunately, the price / performance ratio is no longer correct, despite the pick-up there is still waiting time in front of the shop ... the last time I ordered I placed the order directly on your website via I-Net and waited 3 hours for the food. Unfortunately, I haven't read the recessions for a long time, otherwise this post would be unnecessary ... and if it has to take that long with regular customers and an average order of 60-70 €, the food should at least be almost perfect. Even this you can't do anymore ... forget the wrong sushi, sauces and fried onions and the extra roll was also missing when ordering online ... even if a master would prepare the food for you, this is no longer worth that much to me! !

This shop is just underground. Waiting times at least 3 hours, wrong delivery etc. Misspelled invoice.

The 1.5 hours delivery time announcement when ordering online has become 2.5 hours. Food looked delicious but too much sauce tasted like a finished product. I know better For me personally, the price-performance ratio is not right.

Never again! According to the confirmation, the food should be delivered after 90 minutes. After 150 minutes I cooked something myself. After 3 hours of waiting the delivery was made. The hot food was cold and the sushi was not of the quality you would expect at this price. That was the last order.

We've been ordering here since it opened, and it's always been great. However, since mid-November 2020 I noticed a difference with the sushi! Everywhere, no matter what order, sweet and sour sauce is garnished on the sushi! Even the Edamame Spicy, it's not like before where it was really seasoned with chilli, also here it is only mixed with sweet and sour sauce bahhh. I am Asian and I am aware that the sushi in Germany cannot be compared with the original sushi, but Chinese sweet and sour sauce as the main taste was certainly never the same with Kyo Sushi. The seaweed salad served with it has been missing for a long time ... I'm sure the owner or sushi master would be changed ... Prices have remained the taste has declined

Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars. I ordered at 7 p.m. now 9:50 p.m. and nobody has come. Delivery time would be 70 minutes. I phoned for half an hour but no answer. Not recommendable.

Very tasty, everything fresh. Delivery of sushi took about 1 hour, which I - I think - is common with sushi and with other providers as well. The rice bowl was also superb and ready to pick up very quickly. Thank you!

In the end, we waited over 3 hours for our order, although we were guaranteed a delivery after 90 minutes. We called 4 times and of those only 2 times an employee answered the phone. The conversation was very strange. In the meantime there was 35 seconds of silence and only after asking several times whether someone was still on the line was the answer given. The delivery came in a half-destroyed bag and the sushi tasted ok. Unfortunately, the maki sushi pieces were very poorly crafted and the fried sushi was completely mushy. There was nothing left of the crispy coat and the maki have partly fallen apart.

We had to wait 3 hours (!) For the food, which is why I have to deduct at least 2 stars here. After a call in the restaurant after 2 hours of waiting there was only a short "sorry today is a lot going on" and another hour of waiting. I can understand that the restaurants that deliver during the lockdown are very busy, but then a realistic waiting time must be specified. At the beginning I was shown a waiting time of 90 minutes ... Despite everything, the sushi was very good in terms of taste and quality and everyone was full in the end.

Order placed at 6 p.m., delivery time actually 1.5 hours, food arrived at 9.45 p.m. However, sushi was good.

Top! The sushi is always fresh and very tasty. The price is reasonable for this good quality. I am very satisfied and have ordered there several times. Always extremely satisfactory. Absolute recommendation from me!

I live about 20km from KYO Sushi! if it means 1 hour delivery time it is really there in an hour if not earlier! Quality is TOP there is no comparison in the area. keep it up!

Yesterday at half past seven we ordered food, called for the first time after 2 hours, we were told that a driver was down and it would take another half an hour. Puff cake. After over half an hour we called again and were told that the meal hadn't even started (!!!) and that it would take at least another hour. We then canceled because it was already half past ten in the evening! So we wouldn't have got our food until half past eleven at the earliest. We don't order here anymore. It's actually a shame, the sushi is very tasty
